SheCare 

SheCare was born out of a deep love & respect for children and a need to create an environment that gives children the freedom to grow and in that process discover "Themselves". I feel that the most natural and enhancing education that a child can be given & receive is to learn through and by experience. Experiencing the world around them through their senses: touching, feeling, tasting, smelling, hearing and seeing. Thus, the environment that will blossom is one that is filled not only with educational learning but also self discovery. Children will discover not only themselves but also others around them.

I have always felt that each one of us is given a special gift. My gift is being able to reach out to children. It is my nature

SheCare is licensed as a Small Family Day Care. That means that I live at Shecare. The space that I have created for children is large and there are many activities. There is an Art center, a Reading center and a large area for Free Play.

Aloha! I am Sheila Brucelas and I created SheCare as a place for children to play, socialize and learn in a safe and clean environment. I also needed to create a place where children are encouraged to BE CHILDREN! This means that everything at SheCare can and will most certainly GET DIRTY! I love dirt and I know for certain that children LOVE DIRT!

PLAY PLAY PLAY is the theme for SheCare. Through play learning happens naturally and with no effort. Letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and many other things will be taught through PLAY.

I have been caring for children since I was nine years old. Twenty-six years and thirty kids has taught me a lot and this knowledge is what I bring to SheCare.

I LOVE & ENJOY what I do and I know that children feel and sense that, and it is with that understanding that I share SheCare:)
